PREPARATION
1. Check
Firstly, check out all the details whether there are no missing or miscast parts.
If you have problems with details – please contact us at wargaming.space@gmail.com.
2. Supports & touchpoints
We sell our 3D printed models without any major supports, but you should remove small touchpoints and ultra-tiny supports left on the model.
Please use a model knife and fine sandpaper.
Don’t be intimidated by the process, we use a top-quality UV printing resin and it is very easy to work with.
3. Warped Parts and Repositioning
Sometimes thinner parts could be slightly bent or twisted.
You can easily fix that by immersing the piece in hot water or by applying heat from a hairdryer.
The piece should reform to its original shape by itself.
If not, gently twist the piece back into position.
The amount of heat that needs to be applied is often determined by the thickness of the parts. Thicker parts need to be heated for a longer time.
This technique can also be used to bend some parts into shapes and positions to pose models.

Literally made an account to talk about this. Fantastic model and quality. Paint stuck easy. No issue. ONLY thing was that the cable connecting from the backpack to the rifle, and the cape, were too difficult to fit. I didnt bother with them in the end. All others though, very happy. 4/5 stars

This is a very good mini and relatively easy to paint. Some advice I’d give on this one for people putting it together: Be very careful with trimming the sprues off the cape and be especially careful if you prefer to paint in sub assemblies. The connection point for the cape is very specific and you’ll want to look at the reference images here for guidance.
The other part as someone else mentioned is the cable. The arms, gun, and cable are separate items that come with the kit and they require alignment to get them attached right.
FYI I think he is built more like a fire warrior, but he does make a decent sub for a sniper in a pathfinder team. He’s a touch bigger than the Tau infantry and is a little more comparable to the new Dark Strider model from GW.
